Skanska seals deal for £141m Knightsbridge job

The project is being brought forward by Saudi investor the Olayan Group

Skanska has been awarded the £141m contract to build a luxury mixed-use scheme in Knightsbridge in London.

The 31,600sq m project combines commercial, residential and retail space.

K1 Knightsbridge, which was designed by Fletcher Priest Architects, is being developed by Chelsfield on behalf of Saudi Arabian investor the Olayan Group.
